Ever been so mad you can feel the steam coming out your ears?



IHC:  They again sent me the bill for blood work from  the beginning of my pregnancy a YEAR ago……after having spoken with them on more than 9 occasions….thinking yet AGAIN it had been taken care of.  Looks like I'm going to have to go up there and speak to someone in charge and tell him he has caused me unnecessary anxiety, and has been making me do more than is required of a patient in regards to a claim.  I will NEVER use IHC AGAIN.  Don't anybody else, they are incompetent!

Medicaid:  Because IHC seemingly can't contact them to straighten out the bill (even though they said they had, and medicaid doesn't have record that they did either), I had taken it upon myself to get the job done.  However, for some reason, the government affiliated agency has no one on the phone to talk to you, and if they do, the wait time exceeds 50 minutes.  A little silly?  So I had been talking to the lady at Baby Your Baby you signed me up over a year ago.  She said she would get the problem taken care of (medicaid was saying I didn't have coverage when the bloodwork was done).  She told me that it had been taken care of.  So why did I get another bill?  Two days I spend on the phone for hours with Medicaid.  "I'm sorry, we aren't affiliated with BYB…"  "What????  Yes you are!"  "I'm sorry you didn't have coverage, you didn't meet your spend down…."  "There is no spend down on prenatal medicaid, and I'm holding the card in my hand, do you want me to bring it in?"  "Here, let me transfer you…."  "No wait!"  Hold music……for an hour.  Ulgh, I also asked them to send me Tristan's medicaid card, because they hadn't for 3 months.  He's got coverage up until a year old.  So what did they send me?  His medicaid card…..from 3 months ago, oh and mine too, how nice.  Stupid freakin' morons!

Provo City Power:   Remember that one time they turned off my power?  Because they were sending my bills to another person?  Well, we made sure to pay this last one and well ahead of time.  Even got the confirmation email.  A few days later, got another email:  "Your bill has not been paid".  Another phone call, "I paid my bill!"  Paid again.  Oh, and what's this?  A bill in the mail, "Your bill has not been paid".  The same one.  Another call.  "Oh, yes, I see you paid in full a few days ago."  Grrrrrrr.  STOP HARASSING ME!!  If I could choose my power company, it certainly would NOT be them!


I hate people who don't know what they are doing, who don't do their job right the first time, who expect me to babysit them so things get done!  I mean, what the heck?  Am I going to be 40 and still calling on these ridiculous things???  I have made more than 30 phone calls about all of these things, what more can I do?  NOTHING!  I'm relying on toddlers to get a job done, who are tampering with my credit, my integrity, and my sanity!  I've been sent to collections, called a delinquent non-payer, and having to call so many times and tell people to do things it's driving me nuts.  One more missed bill and I'm getting a lawyer, they can't treat people this way.
